Richard J Catherall has shaped his professional development around a deep belief in transformative leadership — formed through early challenges in complexity, the guidance of mentors and role models, and later through his own learning from collaborating in fragile places, where people adapt without abandoning purpose and continually refine their readiness.He sees mission-led organisations as catalysts in systems — and those investing in and through them as his tribe.
